Northern Superior Resources Inc. (TSX-V:SUP, OTCQX:NSUPF) announced that it has sold 7.8 million shares of Rockland Resources at C$0.025 for gross proceeds of C$195,000.
The company said the disposition of shares took place at the market open on March 13, 2024.
Before the disposition, Northern Superior said it held 10.8 million shares of Rockland, representing a 15.6% stake.
It said it initially acquired the shares along with cash and net smelter royalty under an option agreement for the Wapistan property, located in the James Bay region of Québec.
Following the disposition, Northern Superior retains three million shares of Rockland Resources, representing an approximately 4.3% stake in the company.
Northern Superior is a gold exploration company focused on the Chibougamau Camp in Québec, Canada.
