Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) announced that it has closed a units for debt settlement valued at $50,000 with an arm’s length supplier.
The integrated green hydrogen group said it settled the debt through the issuance of units in light of its various project commitments and the need to manage its cash in a prudent manner.
