Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) has announced that Joseph (Yosi) Albagli will extend his time as chair, following the conclusion of his initial three-year term.
His continuation in the role will require ratification and administration, as board and remuneration committee approval will be needed. First, the company is required to conclude the appointment of new external board appointments (previously announced and due to join on 9 April).
Shareholder ratification will come at a shareholder meeting. In the meantime, Albagli continues in the role on an interim basis.
