Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE:PHP, OTC:PHPRF) confirmed its incoming chief executive officer Mark Davies has purchased £92,400 of the company's shares.
Davies acquired 100,000 of the real estate firm's shares at around 92p each, ahead of him joining later this year.
