Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) said it has raised $7.9 million public share offering after its first LizzieSat was launched on a SpaceX rocket at the start of the week.
As it said when it first announced the funding plans last week, the Cape Canaveral-based space and data-as-a-service company said it intends to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Book-runner ThinkEquity issued 1,321,000 Sidus shares at a price of $6 apiece, before deducting underwriting discounts and expenses.
