Surefire Resources signs second Saudi MoU

Surefire Resources signs second Saudi MoU

Surefire Resources NL (ASX:SRN) managing director Paul Burton joins Proactive’s Jonathan Jackson to discuss the second MoU signed with a Saudi Arabian company for the Victory Bore Project in WA. The MoU could pave the way for Saudi company, RASI, to become a major stakeholder in the project. This agreement not only signifies a strong partnership but also opens up the possibility for future offtake agreements. Burton looks at how this collaboration aligns with the Saudi Government's Vision 2030 ambitions, an initiative that aims to diversify the Saudi economy and reduce its dependence on oil by developing other sectors, including mining and metals. The Victory Bore project, particularly with its focus on vanadium, fits well into this vision, offering potential for significant contributions to the country's strategic goals. Furthermore, Burton highlights the company's advancements in vanadium recovery, noting improvements in the second phase of laboratory test work. These enhancements are timely, considering the company's positive preliminary feasibility study, which Burton briefly revisited to underscore the project's strong fundamentals and promising outlook.
