Lion Copper and Gold Corp (TSX-V:LEO, OTCQB:LCGMF) said it has granted stock options per its 20% fixed stock option plan to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company to purchase up to an aggregate of 14,292,000 shares.
The company, which is advancing its flagship copper assets in Nevada through an option-to-earn-in agreement with Rio Tinto venture Nuton, said the stock options are exercisable at C$0.07 per share and expire five years from the date of grant.
