ImagineAR Inc. (CSE:IP, OTCQB:IPNFF) said it has agreed a licensing deal worth $203,397 with S3iai for a client project that integrates augmented reality (AR) with generative artificial intelligence to deliver interactive AR hologram experiences.
The three-year software development kit platform license agreement was selected by S3iai, which has a binding letter-of-intent partnership with Star Navigation Systems Group, to deliver immersive AR experiences integrated with proprietary GenAI interactions for a client project.
ImagineAR chief executive Alen Paul Silverrstieen said: "We have stated that one of our key corporate goals for 2024 was to integrate our patented global AR self-publishing platform with proprietary LLM (large language model) interactive platforms."
"With this new multi-year agreement, I expect it to be the transition to the next generation of AR solutions fully immersive with GenAI."
