EGR Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V:EGR) told investors that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the filing documentation for its sale of the Urban Barry property to Harvest Gold Corp.
The deal sees Harvest pick up the project for $90,000 in cash, 2.75 million shares and a commitment to spend $300,000 exploring the property.
EGR, meanwhile, retains a 2% net smelter royalty over the project and it has an option to buy back a 1% interest in the project at any time for $1 million.
