First Phosphate Corp. (CSE:PHOS) has received a mining research and innovation grant from the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
The grant totals $315,236 and it is expected to enable the company to advance its mineralogical studies on several key concentrates, and process mine tailings for the cement construction industry.
"We are grateful to the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests for this funding as we continue to build strong relationships with Quebec-based government bodies and institutions," chief executive John Passalacqua said in a statement.
