BioVie Inc (NASDAQ:BIVI) told investors it has now priced its recently announced equity raise, in which it intends to raise $21 million – by selling 21mln new shares at a price of $1.00 per share.
Participants in the funding will also receive share warrants, exercisable at $1.50 each for up to five years.
Proceeds from the raise, estimated at up to $21 million, are earmarked as working capital and general corporate purposes.
