Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd (TSX-V:VM, OTC:VYYRF) announced that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $488,500.
The provider of innovative medical imaging solutions said it issued 6,106,250 units at $0.08 each.
It expects to use $160,000 of the gross proceeds for marketing and sales launch, $60,000 for product testing, $60,00 for audit and listing fees, and $198,000 for corporate general and administrative costs.
