Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) has announced the appointment of Aviva Banczewski and Julie Kunstler as independent non-executive directors.
The company, in a statement, also noted option grants to certain directors and employees, along with the scheduled extraordinary general meeting (EGM), to take place on 9 April, to confirm the appointments.
Kunstler has a background in communications and Banczewski brings finance experience.
