GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE:GST) was on the move this Thursday after completing the $1.8mln acquisition of Singapore-based cybersecurity company Semnet.
Semnet's expertise will enable GSTechnology to build a dedicated cybersecurity team to support client onboarding and its operational activities, it said, including the wider provision of white-label software solutions to global money service businesses.
The acquisition comprised $800,000 in cash and the balance in new ordinary shares of GSTechnologies.
Shares were last seen 6.5% higher at 1.3p.
