Lucky Minerals (TSX-V:LKY, OTC:LKMNF) provided an update on the acquisition of Prudhomme property in Northern Quebec. Conditional approval from TSXV was received on Feb 8 and the company is working on meeting conditions for the acquisition, including arranging a concurrent private placement.
A technical report is in progress per NI 43-101 and the company's AGM for 2023 was extended to April 30, 2024, by BC Registrar of Companies.
