Trust Stamp granted new patent

T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID), dba Trust Stamp, the privacy-first identity company, has added to its patent portfolio yet again.

The company said it was issued a notice of allowance for a pioneering utility patent application, showcasing its commitment to adaptable and effective AI-powered technologies.

The new patent is titled "Face Cover Compatible Biometrics and Processes for Generating and Using Same," and dated January 22, 2024.

“This unique technology was developed during the COVID pandemic, but the range of use cases is far wider than being able to identify a subject while wearing a surgical mask, and encompass both cultural and security considerations,” Andrew Gowasack, Trust Stamp’s president said in a statement.

“As a consequence of our microservice approach to software development, this capability can be implemented without significant changes to existing biometric authentication systems on a low-code or even no-code basis.”

Trust Stamp operates as a global leader in AI-driven identity solutions across diverse sectors. Its solutions not only combat fraud and safeguard personal data privacy but also bolster operational efficiency and expand user accessibility worldwide.

Trust Stamp’s footprint spans throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
