United Lithium Corp (CSE:ULTH, OTC:ULTHF) has qualified to begin trading on the OTCQX Best Market from Monday.
Having previously traded on the Pink market, the move marks an upgrade for the exploration and development firm.
“United’s graduation to the OTCQX from the Pink Market marks a significant milestone for the company,” chief executive Scott Eldridge commented.
Such a listing will "amplify investor awareness and facilitate further growth," he added.
United Lithium will trade under the ‘ULTHF’ symbol, with real-time quotes and financial disclosures available on from OTC Markets.
To qualify for a listing on the OTCQX, companies must meet high financial and corporate governance standards, alongside complying with applicable securities laws.
"This transition enhances accessibility for current and potential shareholders in the world’s largest market, providing ease of access to updates on the company’s developments at its projects in Sweden, Finland and the USA, as well as an efficient way to trade United shares," Eldridge added.
