4GLOBAL PLC (AIM:4GBL) has appointed Mace Consult chief operating officer Davendra Dabasia to its board as an independent non-executive director, starting 1st April 2024.
Dabasia has almost two decades of experience leading infrastructure projects across various continents at the global company of consultants and construction experts, said the statement.
They include the London Olympic Park Legacy Transformation, transport clients in the UK, and projects in the Middle East.
Dabasia decided to accept his remuneration in share options and will receive a £25,000 stake in the group on each anniversary of his appointment.
