Addressing media reports, Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) said neither Chris Cleverly nor any of his associated companies is involved day-to-day, or holds shares in the business, or its subsidiary Recyclus Group.
Chairman Robin Brundle added: "Chris Cleverly was a director and a shareholder of Onshore Energy Limited ("OEL") which was acquired by the company at the time of admission to the Standard List in November 2021 and ceased to be a director of OEL on 17 November 2021.
“Mr Cleverly stepped down as director of Recyclus on 20 May 2021 and has had no involvement in the business since then."
