Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF) told investors it has made several management changes and provided an update on its Nevada operations and the sale of the South Weepah property.
The company said it has appointed John Gilbert as its vice president responsible for business development and corporate communications while continuing to complete technical work on new project generation.
Gilbert has been with the company since 2022 serving as its chief corporate development officer.
A geologist with a range of surface and underground experience, he previously ran a private prospect generator developing and vending exploration projects in New Brunswick.
Richard Drechsler has resigned from the position of vice president corporate communications to focus on advancing Trifecta Gold. He will continue to work with Silver Range as a consultant.
Meanwhile, Silver Range said it has resumed exploration work in Nevada. It said it will be focused on generative work in the southwest United States and is planning to carry out limited property exploration.
The company has also completed the sale of the South Weepah property to GRC Nevada, a subsidiary of Fortitude Gold (OTCQB:FTCO) Corp, for $10,000 and a 2% net smelter return royalty interest.
“Silver Range welcomes the opportunity to work with Fortitude in light of Fortitude's focus on mining high-grade gold projects in Nevada, similar to many of those in Silver Range's portfolio,” the company said in a statement.
Silver Range is a precious metals prospect generator working in the southwest US and northern Canada.
