ATHA Energy Corp (CSE:SASK, OTCQB:SASKF) provided an update on its acquisition of 92 Energy Limited.
The company said that BDO Corporate Finance deems the acquisition fair and beneficial to 92E shareholders.
The Federal Court of Australia approves the Scheme Meeting on March 25, 2024, for shareholders to vote on the acquisition. Details for participation will be available via the Scheme Booklet, to be released on the ASX and 92E’s website.
