Nevada Lithium Resources Inc (CSE:NVLH, OTCQB:NVLHF). said Dr David Winter has joined the board as a representative of Ramphastos Investments, a significant shareholder in the business.
Winter brings over 40 years of industry experience and has contributed to the growth of two public companies, Canacol Energy Inc. and Horizon Petroleum Ltd, to a combined market value of almost $1 billion. He holds a PhD in structural geology from the University of Edinburgh.
CEO Stephen Rentschler told investors: “David has a wealth of expertise that will greatly assist in advancing Nevada Lithium’s pre-feasibility Study and re-commencement of the search for lithium brines at Bonnie Claire.
