Sorted Group delivered to AIM after completing reverse takeover

Sorted Group Holdings PLC (LSE:SORT) has completed its move onto AIM via the reverse takeover of Location Sciences.

Chief executive Carmen Carey said joining London's junior market "is a significant milestone for Sorted and provides a great platform for our operations to grow".

On admission, the company said its nominal share value was 62.5p and it had 7,639,705 ordinary shares in issue, giving it a market cap of £4.77 million, though a small number of trades indicated a figure more than double that.

The company stated last month that a £2 million fundraising would follow the RTO at a price of 87.5p a share.

Based in Manchester with an office in London, Sorted has just over 60 staff and claims its business model offers "scalable predictable revenue" as the majority of revenue is driven by customer subscriptions to its Delivery Experience Platform which provides annualised recurring revenue.

As well as smaller customers, notable corporate clients include Marks & Spencer, ASOS and Asda, while it has also bagged re-seller agreements in place with major postal carriers including UPS, Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Yodel and Evri.
