Anglo Asian Mining PLC (AIM:AAZ, OTC:AGXKF) said non-exec director Michael Sununu has resigned from the board of Libero Copper & Gold.
His resignation follows Anglo Asian's holding in Libero falling to 5.7%, or lower than the 9.9% threshold that entitles it to a boardroom presence.
Anglo Asian's holding has reduced as it has not participated in several recent rounds of financing, according to its statement.
