Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU), the data-as-a-service satellite company, revealed it has integrated and tested NASA technology into its products.
NASA’s ASTRA (Autonomous Satellite Technology for Resilient Applications) engineering unit was successfully integrated into Sidus’ LizzieSat FlatSat.
Integration and testing involved close collaboration with the NASA ASTRA team at the Stennis Space Centre in Mississippi.
Through multiple tests, Sidus and NASA ensured the ASTRA engineering units were fully functional in loading the required flight software.
Additionally, multiple ASTRA flight software were loaded into the module being used for LizzieSat-1.

Earlier this week, the US-listed company revealed production of its two new satellites is progressing as planned, ahead of their launches later this year.
