Zacatecas Silver Corp. (TSX-V:ZAC, OTC:ZCTSF) said that it has closed its previously announced private placement financing by issuing 25 million units at $0.10 each for total proceeds of $2.5 million.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to satisfy ongoing costs associated with its properties and for general working capital purposes.
