Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) has announced the appointment of Ayala Deutsch as the company’s new chief financial officer.
Deutsche has been managing the firm’s chief financial officer duties since August after joining Ethernity in 2019 as vice president of finance, the data processing semiconductor technology supplier said on Wednesday.
She has over 15 years of experience in international high-technology companies, Ethernity added, having held positions as a corporate controller at Glide and as an auditor at KPMG.
The 36-year-old is also a certified public accountant in Israel, where she obtained a master's in financial management.
"I've been working with Ayala for over five years, and she has consistently demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking and commitment to our financial success,” chief executive David Levi commented.
“I look forward to continuing to work together as we pursue growth of the business.”
