Toubani Resources Ltd (ASX:TRE) thanks Mark Strizek for his service to the company after announcing his resignation as a non-executive director.
Strizek was recently appointed as a director at another West African gold company and has elected to step down from his non-executive director role with Toubani.
The company said Strizek had provided valuable insight and guidance during his time with Toubani.

“The board thanks Mr Strizek for his time and commitment and wishes him all the best with his future endeavours,” it said in a statement.
Toubani’s Board of Directors now consists of Danny Callow as non-executive chairman, Tim Kestell and Scott Perry as non-executive directors, and Phil Russo as chief executive officer and executive director.
