Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF), a provider of virtual care and remote patient monitoring platforms in North America, has inked a significant partnership deal with New York-based Sanrai International for its Connected Health products and services.
The three-year master partnership agreement will see Sanrai International distribute and resell Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) Connected Health products and services across their expansive dealership and partnership network spanning 65 countries worldwide.
Sanrai International, known for its distribution of medical technologies, particularly in respiratory and sleep therapies, boasts a dealer network operating across various verticals in regions including Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
The collaboration between Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) and Sanrai International will primarily focus on marketing Connected Health products and services tailored for chronic illness management and post-surgical recovery.
Cloud DX told shareholders that its suite of solutions, including the Vitaliti continuous vital sign monitor and the AcuScreen CA Cough Analysis platform, currently undergoing field trials as a tuberculosis screening tool, align well with Sanrai's commitment to delivering advanced medical devices globally.
"This new partnership with Sanrai International is a key milestone for Cloud DX as we pursue our mission to make healthcare better for everybody,” Cloud DX co-founder and COO Anthony Kaul said in a statement.
“Their strong sales force across the world is already bringing the benefits of new medical technology to many thousands of patients, and their existing catalog of products, especially around respiratory care, will synergize with the Cloud DX Connected Health Platform and our new AI-powered screening tool for respiratory illness - AcuScreen CA."
Cloud DX aims to make healthcare better for everyone by accelerating digital healthcare. The company’s Connected Health remote patient monitoring platform is used by healthcare enterprises and care teams across North America to virtually manage chronic disease, enable aging in place, and deliver hospital-quality post-surgical care in the home.
