Sonoro Gold revises terms of $1M financing

Sonoro Gold Corp (TSX-V:SGO, OTCQB:SMOFF) announced that it has revised the pricing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement raising up to $1 million to fund the ongoing development of its Cerro Caliche gold project in Sonora, Mexico, and for working capital.

The company said it will now issue up to 20 million units at $0.05 each consisting of one share and one share purchase warrant.

Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional share for $0.07 for a period of three years from the closing date.

The company said it intends to pay finder’s fees related to the units placed with the assistance of registered securities dealers.

Sonoro Gold is a publicly listed exploration and development company holding the development-stage Cerro Caliche project and the exploration-stage San Marcial project in Sonora State, Mexico.
