Tiger Woods unveiled his new clothing brand on Tuesday, following his split from Nike Inc (NYSE:NKE, ETR:NKE), having been partnered with the sportswear maker for more than 27 years.
Sun Day Red (SDR), in collaboration with TaylorMade, will replace Nike’s TW Collection as the official brand of the golfing legend and is expected to be released in May.
It started with a passion. The passion of competing. Of competing against ourselves. The field. The course. Life. Out of that passion, @SunDayRed rises.

Taking inspiration from his well-known red outfits, which he typically wore on the final Sundays of tournaments, the new brand is part of a wider partnership with TaylorMade, which was signed in 2017.
It will see Woods no longer wear the ‘swoosh’ logo, which has been on show for all 82 of his victories on the PGA tour.

Woods said: “Sun Day Red will embody a love of playing and competing, and we are for people that share those values, whether it's on the course, or in life. We will be anchored to putting the athlete first in the product decisions we make."
"Sunday red - it's me. It started with mom [Kultida]. She thought being a Capricorn that my power colour was red, so I wore red as a junior golfer and I won some tournaments.
"Lo and behold, I go to a university that is red, Stanford is red. We wore red on the final day of every single tournament."
Woods is set to return to the PGA tour when he competes at the Genesis Invitational this weekend, marking his first event of the 2024 season, having suffered with several injuries over recent years.
Nike shares slid around 2% in pre-market trading, with shares at around US$107.
