Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) said it expects to publish the reverse takeover prospectus by its 48.35% subsidiary, Recyclus, in this current quarter.
Terms of the transaction will be materially the same as those outlined in the company's announcement on 19 October 2022, said the statement.
Robin Brundle, Technology Minerals chairman and a director of Recyclus, said: "We are pleased to see our proposed RTO progressing as planned.
"The business is making significant progress on several fronts, in line with management's expectations."
