Cellular Goods registers new name Cel AI with Companies House

Cellular Goods has registered its name change to Cel AI with Companies House, in a move first announced in January.

The name change will take full effect on the London Stock Exchange Main Market from Tuesday, 13 February.

Cel AI's ticker symbol, under which its shares are traded on the LSE Main Market, will be changed to "CLAI".

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.

The board stated that the Cel AI name aligns with and better reflects the company's intention to build an active and engaged community of strategic brand ambassadors and beauty experts who offer scalable beauty advice and product recommendations that go well beyond the current Cel AI CBD offerings.
