Looking Glass Labs announced that it has closed its previously announced definitive agreement to acquire the climate and artificial intelligence (AI) Web3 assets from Bot Media.
It issued an aggregate of 3,060,000 shares at $0.25 each to satisfy the purchase price of $765,000.
