Itaconix PLC (AIM:ITX, OTCQB:ITXXF), the chemical company, confirmed the appointment of capital markets expert Jonathan Brooks as an independent non-executive director on Friday.
Brooks has extensive experience working with equity capital markets. He was a partner at the law firm Fieldfisher LLP's Equity Capital Markets practice before his recent retirement. Prior to this, he was a partner and head of the capital markets group at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP.
