Kainantu Resources Ltd (TSX-V:KRL) will undergo a 10-to-1 share consolidation and rebranding as South Pacific Metals Corp effective February 9, 2024. its trading symbol will change to "SPMC".
The move aims to boost competitiveness and investor appeal. Outstanding shares will decrease from 207,302,956 to around 20,730,296. Fractional shares will be rounded down.
The decision to rebrand the company comes after careful consideration and strategic planning by management, management told shareholders, and increase its flexibility and competitiveness in the market.
