Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) announced that the US Patent and Trademark office has published a patent application seeking additional patent protection on additional functionality of the LizzieSat modular Satellite Platform System.
The company said the patent application further strengthens its intellectual property (IP) position. Its patent portfolio includes 11 granted patents and 10 pending applications.
The newly published patent application is pending examination and seeks protection for multiple capabilities of Sidus’ LizzieSat platform, expected to be launched on SpaceX Transporter 10 in March 2024.
