MustGrow Biologics Corp. (TSX-V:MGRO, OTCQB:MGROF) announced that it has received The State of Oregon Agricultural Fertilizer Registration Certificate for its mustard plant-based TerraSante, allowing it to commence sales of the organic biofertility product in Oregon.
The company noted that its recently awarded organic compliance certificate from the USDA National Organic Program will apply to TerraSante product sales in the state.
A sales and marketing commercialization strategy is already underway with BioAg Product Strategies for the 2024 planting season, MustGrow said.
“MustGrow believes its organic TerraSante product will position Oregon farmers to meet increasing demand for organic, local, and healthy produce,” the company said in a statement.
In addition to this announcement and its recent achievement of state-level registration in Washington State, MustGrow noted that registrations are processing in other key US states.
MustGrow is an agriculture biotech company developing organic biocontrol and biofertility products by harnessing the natural defense mechanism and organic materials of the mustard plant to sustainably protect the global food supply and help farmers feed the world.
An organic biofertilizer in soluble mixable form, MustGrow’s TerraSante contains nutritious plant proteins and carbohydrates that feed soil microbes, potentially improving beneficial microbial activity and ensuring long-term sustainable soil health.
