Moho Resources Ltd (ASX:MOH) has appointed Michael Pereira as a non-executive director, replacing Shane Sadleir who has resigned, effective immediately.
Pereira has more than 19 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, having held senior advisory positions at CitiBank Australia and ABN AMRO.
He has experience with strategic planning, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and investment lending structures.
The board thanks Shane Sadleir for his contribution to the company, having been a founding director and then managing director when Moho listed to the ASX.
