Kootenay Silver Inc. (TSX-V:KTN) unveiled plans to raise up to $2.5 million through a non-brokered private placement to support its exploration efforts in Mexico.
The company is offering units priced at $0.75, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half of one warrant, exercisable at $1.10 for a 24-month period.
Additional funds will go towards fulfilling property commitments related to the company's projects, as well as supporting working capital and general corporate needs.
The offering is scheduled to conclude on or around the week of February 16.
