Auric Mining Ltd (ASX:AWJ) managing director Mark English speaks with Proactive after completing a grade control drilling program at the Munda Gold Project in Western Australia. The company drilled 351 holes, with 244 assays received so far. Standout intersections include 16 metres at 12.54 g/t gold and 9 metres at 21.37 g/t gold, with a particularly high-grade section of 1-metre at 184.60 g/t gold, a bonanza-grade result. Auric believes Munda will be a substantial source of income in the future, having demonstrated potential production of between 112,000 ounces and 129,000 ounces of gold in a scoping study for the project last year.
