Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX:ADN, OTC:ANDMF) advises that Melissa Holzberger, independent non-executive director, will step down from the company’s board with effect from today, reflecting a change in her board commitments.
Andromeda chair Mick Wilkes said, “on behalf of the board, I thank Melissa for the significant contribution she has made as a director during her time with the company. The board wishes Melissa all the best in her future endeavours.”
