Hertz Lithium to rebrand as Hertz Energy, eyes uranium projects

Hertz Lithium Inc (CSE:HZ, OTCQB:HZLIF) has announced its intention to change its name to Hertz Energy Inc.

The company said the name change comes as it is actively exploring opportunities to expand its energy metals portfolio to include uranium projects.

The company is currently engaged in advanced-stage due diligence on uranium mineral projects in various jurisdictions, according to a statement.

Kal Malhi, CEO of Hertz, expressed the company's commitment to maintaining a focus on energy metals.

"Hertz was always founded to be an energy metals-focused company. We have quickly built an impressive portfolio of lithium projects since our listing last April, recently closing a private placement of $2,537,400,” Malhi said.

“Recognizing uranium's potential as a future energy metal, we are conducting due diligence on several projects for possible acquisition, complementing our existing energy metals project portfolio."

Based in British Columbia, Hertz specializes in the acquisition and exploration of energy mineral properties.

The proposed rebranding and exploration into uranium projects align with the company's commitment to remaining at the forefront of the evolving energy metals sector.
