Ethernity Networks experiences positive growth and restructuring amid TSP process

Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) chief executive David Levi joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of the company's significant strides during the Temporary Suspension of Proceedings (TSP) process, which has now been concluded.

Despite these challenges, Ethernity Networks reported a strong Q4 in 2023, with $1.7 million in cash from customers and annual cash receipts totaling $5 million. The company's revenues reached $3.8 million, marking a 30% increase from 2022.

Levi highlighted the successful restructuring efforts that reduced expenses by over 50%, with a strategic shift towards semiconductor delivery systems on a chip. This move has streamlined operations and positioned the company for efficient market engagement and customer traction in 2024.

The anticipated approval of the settlement proposal in February is seen as a positive step. Levi emphasized that all funds in the bank are earmarked for operations, not creditor repayment, thanks to an agreement to spread debts over 12 months. This financial strategy ensures continued service to existing customers and the acquisition of new ones, strengthening Ethernity Networks' position for 2024.

Levi also discussed the rollout of the Universal Edge Platform, a unique offering in the telecom market featuring a single programmable chip (FPGA) with integrated routing engines and additional functions like layer one bonding, encryption, and fibre optic control. This technology supports fibre-to-the-home deployments, offering customers a low-power, compact, and customizable solution.
