Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN, OTCQB:EDNSF) confirmed its non-executive director Richard Horsman would be stepping down with immediate effect.
Lykele van der Broek, the group's chairman, said: "I would like to thank Richard for his contributions and insights over the past 18 months, which was a pivotal time for the company during which we made a great deal of progress."
