Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LSE:UKW) confirmed the appointment of Abigail Rotheroe, an experienced investor, as a non-executive director, in a statement on Tuesday.
Rotheroe will start in the role in March and will become a member of the company's audit, management engagement and nominations committees.
