Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISV) (ISC) told investors its achievements in 2023, including a key extension and new contract wins, have solidified its position in the registry market.
The company highlighted that its extension with the Province of Saskatchewan to operate its registries until 2053 will bring in an estimated $1.3 billion in cash flow and see a 90% increase in total assets.
It has acquired the operational rights for two registries, the Bank of Canada Bank Act Security Registry and the International Registry of Interests in Rolling Stock, which the company said reflects its strategic focus on diversifying in its expansion of service offerings.
