Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) CEO Robert Kaul joined Steve Darling from Proactive to reveal an exciting new contract with Ontario-based VHA Home HealthCare. VHA is a not-for-profit home care organization with a mission focused on creating opportunities for greater independence. With operations spanning multiple regions in Ontario and a team of nearly 3,000 professionals, including nurses, personal support workers, rehab therapists, and home support workers, VHA serves over 100,000 clients and their families annually. Kaul explained to Proactive that Cloud DX will be supporting VHA in delivering care and assistance to their clients, enabling them to safely remain in their homes.
Cloud DX will provide clients with Remote Patient Monitoring (RCM) software and devices, allowing them to easily complete surveys, capture biometric readings, and engage with their care team through virtual means. Since the start of 2024, Cloud DX has already announced over $1.8 million in new contracts, underscoring its growing presence and impact in the healthcare industry.
This multi-year partnership between Cloud DX and VHA represents a significant step forward in enhancing the quality of care and support for clients, allowing them to benefit from cutting-edge technology and remote monitoring services.
