Trillion Energy International Inc. (CSE:TCF, OTCQB:TRLEF) has appointed Al Thorsen as its new chief operating officer, responsible for managing the production operations at the company’s SASB gas field, in Turkey.
Thorsen is also expected to spearhead the company’s future drilling activities both in Turkey and internationally.
It comes as Trillion aims to deliver into production five new wells drilled in last year, as well as planned workovers and sidetracks of older wells across the project.
“I am confident that Thorsen’s extensive artificial lift and gas production expertise will improve our operational effectiveness, accelerating production at the SASB gas field,” chief executive Arthur Halleran said in a statement.
