Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) offered its warrant holders, with contracts exercisable at between 3.375p and 2.25p, a limited-time chance to activate them at 1.2p each.
Over 11 million shares have been allotted at this price and it could mean £133,000 is raised if all warrants are exercised, a company statement revealed.
